Can I install an iPoolgo pool alone?+
Yes. Setup takes about 45 minutes before filling, with the programmable inflator included. For the 5 m (16 ft) and 6 m (20 ft) pools, a second person makes unfolding and positioning easier.
How do I choose the right model?+
Start with the available diameter, then choose the height according to the desired depth, users and access constraints.
What should I check before installing a pool in Canada?+
Check municipal permits, pool placement, fencing, access and safety requirements before installation. Provincial rules also apply, including Québec requirements if you live there. A removable above-ground pool is not automatically exempt.
Can the structure deflate or be punctured?+
The wall uses Drop-Stitch technology, also used in high-pressure paddleboards. When inflated and used as instructed, it provides a stable structure without a metal frame. It is still inflatable: monitor pressure, keep sharp objects away and follow the maintenance guidance.
How long does delivery take?+
Popular sizes and spare parts ship from our Canadian stock. Timing depends on the model and your postal code, and we confirm it before your pool ships. Pre-orders have their own schedule.
Should the pool be stored for winter?+
Before severe Canadian frost, we recommend draining, drying and storing the pool as directed in the model instructions. Prepare the filtration system and accessories for winter according to their own manuals.
